RETURN/PRIVACY POLICY
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS:
There are NO refunds or credit for custom-made or personalized items.  
Claims are limited to correction or replacement and must be made within five (5) days of receipt.
Claims made after 5 days will be replaced or corrected at our discretion.
READY-MADE MERCHANDISE:
Merchandise that is selected and paid for, but is subsequently found to be out of stock,  will have its payment refunded after seven (7) days if a substitute or comparable selection is not chosen by the customer.

Claims for ready-made merchandise  that is defective or incorrect, must be made within ten (10) days of receiving the merchandise.  Returns must be pre-approved by us and must be returned in the original containers along with a copy of the original invoice and a copy of the return form which can be obtained by clicking here.  Fill in the form, print it out and enclose it with your return.  Insure your package with the U.S. Postal Service or the carrier of your choice.  Returns must be sent to:

You will then have a choice of replacement or credit.
Merchandise returned without our prior approval, or reported after 10 days of receipt WILL NOT be credited. 

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Please inspect your merchandise when received and report any shipping damage directly to the freight company within 5 days.
